I run BidScout, which operates the website bidscout.us. This policy explains what I collect during the pre-launch beta and how I use it.
When you join the waitlist I collect the email address you submit. I also automatically record basic context about how you arrived: referring website, UTM campaign parameters, the landing page URL, your browser user-agent string, and an approximate country derived from your network connection.
I use this information solely to (1) contact you about BidScout’s beta and launch, and (2) understand which channels bring interested visitors so I can build the right product. I do not sell your information.
I share data only with infrastructure providers that operate the service on my behalf (currently Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, and an email delivery provider). I do not share your email with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
I keep waitlist data until launch or until you ask me to delete it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Every email I send includes an unsubscribe option.
